Solved 3CX email template for conference

Hi,

The 3CX email template for conference and webinar invitations does not have a way to include the date and time of the scheduled meeting.

Does anyone know a way to automatically include it in the template?

As a manual solution when I send a conference / webinar invitation, I add the date and time in the notes section.

But this is not a practical solution and should be automatic.

Hello @IT Lainco

When you use 3CX Direct Email as an option, it will send you an .ICS file that includes the meeting date.

That was the intended way of conveying the date when using this method, so we do not provide a way to show the date in the email other than including it in the .ICS file.

Customers do not accept this. The solution using the ICS file is not effective, as opening ICS is prohibited in some companies. It is expected that all relevant information is directly in the mail and not in any attachments.

Just to clarify any previous misunderstandings since this is actually a feature request, the correct thing to do in this case is to ask your 3CX Partner to post it in the Ideas section.
