why am I recieving this email with the header being this?

The registration status of extension has been changed

Yeah but what the purpose of the email. I getting saying an id address is being dissconnect and then connected.

Just to tell you that an extension has re-registered. Phones do it every 2 minutes.

Go to the settings, you'll be able to disable that as it is annoying.
