3CX - Error STUN SERVER

I have an error with the STUN SERVER, I dont have a public IP, that why i need to stablish the STUN SERVER, i receive a two messages
"STUN request to resolve SIP external IP: port mapping is sent to STUN server 77.12.169.162.3478 over transport 192.168.1.250:5060"

"SIP IP: port mapping(190.87.107.127:49409) resolved by STUN server 77.72.169.162:3478 over transport 192.168.1.250:5060"

My voip IP connect correctly but when I make a call, in the order linea they can hear clearly, but a cannot hear anything.

Do you have any experience, or can you recommend any STUN SERVEr.

What sort of set up do you have? Most people use 3CX behind a router but have one public IP, the one on the other side of the router. That is one of the reasons to use a STUN server, to allow your device to discover what port and public IP it is located "behind" and what sort of NAT is involved.

Have you opened all of the recommended ports on your router. Did you run the 3CX port test?

You can use the default 3CX STUN server or any other STUN server, they should all come back with the same results. If you do a search on the net you should be able to find a list of public STUN servers.
