Hi this is a self hosted Debian instance via a cloud provider. I figured I'd post here before I purchased a support ticket as I cannot post in the self hosted section. I purchased (on 12/29/2022 ) a license renewal before the expire date ( 1/3/2023 ). I realize this was cutting it close, but I was waiting approval from the customer. That being said, I logged in today to do a minor unrelated change and saw the license expired error. My license is expired and I cannot renew the license ( even though on the customer portal is is updated ) due to the subject error.
After researching I saw a lot of people resorting to reinstalling the latest version at the time and recovering from backup. Even though I have backups, please don't tell me I have to do this ...
I've tried a few things like rebooting, changing and flushing dns via terminal. I can ping activate.3cx.com and the nslookup resolves. Netcat says it is able to communicate via tcp, at least over 443
My 3cx instance version is 18.0.3.450
Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-23-amd64
EDIT
Looks like my version is very much outdated. Looks like this instance wasn't receiving auto updates for some reason.
Any info or help is still appreciated.
