3cx - Failover Lan to Lan using debian

Hey,
my costumer wants me to install a second PBX for failover cause they work 24/7 and they cant be down.
Is it possible that the second PBX will take over automatically the FQDN from the main PBX?
Or Both of them run same FQDN as passive and will turn on automatically when the main PBX will drop ?

The 2nd PBX will exist in passive mode until threshold in met for primary to be considered down.

Should i create local FQDN or use what i resolved in the installation of the PBX ?

You will use the FQDN of your 3CX for both installations.
