3cx For Andriod Won't open Provisioning file

I had to change my smart phone as the other screen broke. Now that I have reinstalled 3cx for my phone and sent myself the provisioning file it will NOT open it. Android keeps telling me that I do not have any programs that will open that file. How do I fix this.. Thank you in advance,.

Use the web client, goto settings and chose QR code. Scan the code. Here's a quick video on how to:
