3CX Force Office Hours per Department

Hello everyone,

We have a client with multiple departments and different office hours, but one department has the need to put the pbx for their calls to force in office hours and force out of office hours when they need it. Is it possible for this to be achieved? The PBX is in V20.

From the 3CX client you can click your avatar and select "override office hours".

Check your user has the correct role.
