Solved 3CX FQDN Times Out, STUN Provisioned Phones Down

It's only just started this morning, a hosted system using a 3cx.co.uk FQDN stopped working for STUN provisioned phones, phones behind a SBC have stayed working.
We have tried accessing the Management Console from various networks using the FQDN and no access although we get still get access through the Public IP.
No relevant blocked connections are shown on the firewall of the hosted system.
We haven't upgraded to SP6 yet although we are now in the process of doing so to see if it resolves the problem.

nslookup of the public IP comes back with DNS request timeout.

It's back up now but not because of any changes we have made .

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank for updating the thread. Did you try an nslookup at the time of the issue to see where the FQDN was resolving?
