I know I shouldn't be complaining about free for my start up, but I can't find a list of what SIP providers are supposed to be usable by the Free version. All I see is you have to use one of the Supported SIP providers over all of the documentation. All I'm trying to do is use AWS Chime SDK for my SIP provider. I can get inbound calling working, but outbound is a no go. It does meet half of my need and for outbound my business partner and I may just use our cell phones when calling people back. I mean I get having the preferred list supported for Free, but why the list of random just supported SIP providers? I'm guessing those on the list give a kick back or something to help off set the free users. Right now my company is still in it's infancy, but if I have to roll my own pbx to use Chime SDK I will. To me this just isn't a good look for 3CX that they don't allow the full list of supported SIP Providers for the Free users.

So, TLDR is 3CX appears to only allow certain SIP providers for free hosting, but doesn't have that really documented anywhere until you sign up and see the list. Workarounds figured out so far:

1) use 3cx for inbound calls only
2) Setup my own PBX on my own hardware.

If I missed anything please let me know.

If I follow the link you gave and look under US, Chime is there:

Before anyone says well Chime has the Supported Providers are tested against 3CX hosted and on-premise installation. Well flowroute, sip.us and voip.ms is in the list:

And this is the list of SIP Providers that I have:

That is because Chime is not supported in the free version of 3CX, however on the paid version it is supported and listed

Chime is not compatible with 3CX SMB. Easiest thing to do is use Twilio. In a few weeks you can just have 3CX set it up automatically for you as long as you have an account with Twilio first. Else use Voxtelesys
