Hi,

Noticed that the provisioning phonebooks are empty on 3CX free? Is this intended behaviour?

I'm referring to the https://xxxxxx.3cx.cloud/provisioning/XXXXXXXX/phonebook.xml and https://xxxxxx.3cx.cloud/provisioning/XXXXXXXX/yealink_phonebook.xml URLs

The company phonebook is not available in the 3CX SMB Free platform.

This is something that will be introduced in 2025. Currently only the personal phonebooks of users are available.

It's on the roadmap. I think even already in development, but it will take time.

It's more complex than you might think to implement. It's not just for the Webclient, but also deskphones that need to receive their department phonebook, mobile apps, user rights management, and more.

When it's ready, there will be noise about it for sure!

No and this wil not come to smb because they dont support hardware phones anymore.
