I have not been able to get our 3cx outbound calls to display our registered CNAM to recipients. I have been in contact with Flowroute and getting some helpful feedback.

1. Is there a way to capture network traffic with a hosted 3cx Free SMB instance?
2.Is there any documentation on how the Trunk,Options,Caller ID Control drop down menu items relate to SIP invites. Also the drop down menus truncate the description and hovering over them does not reveal.
3. Better yet, is CNAM/Caller ID working for anyone using 3cx Free SMB and Flowroute? I just want the recipient to see: 1234567890 and Company Name
4. Lastly there was one comment from flowroute that we are passing "anonymous" to flowroute which will then ignore the sent names. Remote-Party-ID: "XXXX,XXXXX"<sip:[email protected]:5060>;party=calling . What is adding the "anonymous" and how do I fix that?

This is example of feedback from flowroute attached.

Hello @HelloMalz

I see you have done some modifications in your trunk settings that are setting of the anonymous in the Invite. Please navigate to your trunk settings and navigate to Options --> Caller ID Control.
Set the options back to their default values. It should look like this for Flowroute

Save your changes. This will solve the Anonymous issue.

Then navigate to the extension you are making the calls from and remove any Outbound Caller ID value you have added there.
If you have added something in the Outbound Caller ID field of your outbound rules then remove that as well.

You need to send your Flowroute number to Flowroute and you are not doing that so they cannot perform the CNAM lookup.
Fix these things and try again.

Thank you, doing that now! One other thing Flowroute mentioned is "I should remove the + sign from the From fields" as show below.

From: "+15033436123";tag=e766ef4d

Do I do that in the below screen, even though it says to enter with a + ?

Update. I can not remove the + from the Main Trunk Number. Is this where I might have to have a custom outbound rule that removes the +?

You do not need to remove the "+". Flowroute should accept both formats. Also you should be able to remove the "+" from the trunk and save it unless you mean you have other issues when removing it.
