3CX Free Version – Country Blocking for +87x / +881 Calls

Good morning,

I would appreciate your experience and guidance on the following matter.

We are currently using the 3CX Free version (10 users). When receiving calls from numbers starting with +87x or +88, the calls appear to be blocked with the following error message:

Call from [XXXXX] to [+88XXXXXXXX] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [+881]. Reason: +881XXXXXXXX contains Prefix +881. Calls to +881 are not allowed by system. Resolution: To allow this call access the Admin Console, Advanced, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix.

However, in the free web version of 3CX, the menu path Admin Console → Advanced → Allowed Country Codes is not available.

Could you please advise if there is any way to override or bypass this restriction in the free version, or if this functionality is only supported in licensed editions?

Are you sure with +881? This is not a country code it is for an satellite network.

I know that these are satellite numbers; however, the error message generated by 3CX refers to them as country codes.

Specifically, 3CX indicates that in order to permit these calls, the relevant prefix must be allowed under Country Blocking / Allowed Country Codes, even though the prefix (+881) corresponds to satellite services rather than a traditional country.

This numbers would be configured under this option, but this isnt avaiable in the free SMB version of the pbx. Normal numbers to countrys are allowed.
