3CX - Freshsales CRM test giving an error

Hi,

I am busy doing a freshsales crm integration and downloaded the template and set up based on the following article however when I try to test I am getting the following error message:

Exception of type 'CrmIntegration.TooManyRequestsException' was thrown.

Started scenario with empty id
Request text: https://fundingly.freshsales.io/api...number&entities=contact&include=sales_account

Is anyone possibly able to shed some light on why this could be happening and how to resolve it?
