Hi All! I hope someone can help me!

I'm configuring GOIP to connect to my 3CX PBX, the objective:

1.Incomming calls to SIM inside GSM goes to My extension 206

2. Outgoing calls from 206 to analogic (Example: +34 123 456 789) goes trought GSM Gateway----------- Not working

GoIP Model: https://www.voip-info.org/goip/ (GoIP-1 is the GOip im using)

The objective number 1 is working fine and calls reach to extension perfectly, the problem I have is number 2, when I'm calling from VOIP to Analogic.

Can somebody help me?

I was thinking maybe could be NAT issue or codecs or similar..when I call to analogic number from 206 call is in silence, there is no rings or any other sound.

I attach schema and pictures of config.. I did not add the real IPs in the pictures attached.

Test I did:

From GOIP I executed in tools: Dial to any local number, and Its working fine, SIM card is registered succesfully

Let me know please,

Best regards,

Unless I misunderstand, why Is the Goip external? Surly it would be better on the LAN and talk over local networks?.

This sort of set-up going to encounter the same issues that trying t use a gateway, outside the local LAN is going to have. It is also not supported by 3CX.

Now, that does not mean that it is not possible to get it working, it just makes it very difficult.

You have posted all the settings in the GSM gateway, all well and good, but you didn't post the trunk settings in 3CX. Setting up a gateway in 3CX involves setting a destination IP of the gateway itself. You will have to check the 3Cx Activity Log to see if a call from the PBX is going to the correct Public IP and port, at the far end. The router there must forward, not only the SIP port(s) used, but any voice ports (which might explain the silence).
Does the gateway have a log, to see if an incoming call actually reached it?

I have set up a one trunk gateway, in the past (gateway had a public IP, it was not behind a router), and I recall there have been a number of posts about getting a remote gateway to work, if you search the forums.

Being a GSM gateway, I also question why you would not have it set-up on the local LAN.

Hi, GSM and 3CX are in difernet countries, so I can't configure that both be on the same LAN or use private IPs, maybe throught VPN in the future.

GSM now is behind a router with local IP network(192.168.1.4/24), and this router have static public IP.

Do you know which ports I should do PNAT in order to make comunication between 3CX and GSM?

I will troubleshoot configuring directly public IP to GSM and see If calls start working properly (no port restriction)

Not sure if the issue is regarding filtering ports

I attach the pictures of the trunk

So, at the remote (gateway end), do you have the router forward port 7069 to the local IP of the gateway? That would be a start.

Hi All, I tried to open port 7069 but still not working, after that I replaced ports of 3cx+GSM to default: 5060 and incomming+outgoing started working perfectly. (No PNAT requiered)

Thanks for all your support! :)

What was the reason for not using that port, at the gateway end, to begin with?

perhaps not to be on SIP standard port where hackers try to scan all the time
