3CX Groups

Hi Everyone,

I have been having some issues with the groups on 3CX ,so I have created 2 groups and on each group I have assigned a manager. When one of the managers goes on his webclient to create a report if he chooses any he will see the extensions on the other group even if I have removed everyone from the default group and put all the users/extensions in their respective group if the manager of that group chooses any and not the desired extension it will allow them to see all the calls made from others., which is not what I want is there any other solution to prevent other managers from seeing calls made from other groups.

Hello @caws

Please note that there is no way to limit the manager to be able to create reports only for a group of extensions. Once the manager has the right he can create reports on all extensions of the PBX.
