3cx hosted - 2N Intercom

Hi,

I have a hosted pro account for testing and I was able to register a 2N IP Intercom as extension 104.
The intercom can call out but doesn't receive any calls.
In the intercom logs it doesn't even show an attempt to be reached. So I'm assuming something is blocking it.
More Info:
The intercom is set to answer automatically
The devices are on different LANs.
