Solved 3CX Hosted and Team Integration - Teams - SBC Status is Inactive

Hi All

I have been trying to setup 3CX and Teams Integration. We are using 3CX Hosted by 3CX. I am unable to make calls via Teams, I have created the Certificate using SSL.Com which points to my hosted 3CX IP Address. I have run the scripts, created the A Record. All looks good except, when I look in Teams Admin under Direct Routing, I can see the SBC, that the Script created, but it says Status:Inactive. I am guessing this is the problem, has anyone else managed to get it working with Hosted 3CX with 3CX ?


I have run a port scan on the IP (3CX) and it doesn't show 5062 as open. (I have attached screenshots of both the Teams SBC and Port Scan)

Restart the SIP Server service and then check the Activity Log for error about Teams.

Sounds like the classic SSL cert order in the file.

Thanks Freddie, It was a Cert issue, i reissued and the SBC looks better. I can now make incoming call and it calls my Teams App. I can't dial from Teams, I get "We Couldn't Complete the Call"
