I'm seeing backups fail with Event ID 50022 in the Event Log and the following details -

Your 3CX backup failed due to the following reason(s): Google.Apis.Auth.OAuth2.Responses.TokenResponseException: Error:"invalid_grant", Description:"Invalid grant: account not found", Uri:"" at Google.Apis.Auth.OAuth2.Responses.TokenResponse.FromHttpResponseAsync(HttpResponseMessage response, IClock clock, ILogger logger) at Google.Apis.Auth.OAuth2.Requests.RequestExtensions.PostFormAsync(Object request, HttpClient httpClient, String url, AuthenticationHeaderValue authenticationHeaderValue, IClock clock, ILogger logger, CancellationToken taskCancellationToken) at Google.Apis.Auth.OAuth2.ServiceAccountCredential.RequestAccessTokenAsync(CancellationToken taskCancellationToken) at Google.Apis.Auth.OAuth2.TokenRefreshManager.RefreshTokenAsync() at Google.Apis.Auth.OAuth2.TokenRefreshManager.<GetAccessTokenForRequestAsync>g__LogException|10_0(Task task) at BackupRestoreSchedule.BackupJob.Execute(IJobExecutionContext context)

Also, if I try to look at mt existing backups I get an error box that says "Unable to retrieve current list of backups. Please try later" and that seems to be true for all values of "later" that I've tried so far.

As this is a 3CX hosted (meaningful name.{state code}3cx.us) system and I don't maintain any Google accounts, there's nothing I can do to fix this, right? If that's true, do I need to plunk down a hundred bucks for a support case to get this fixed?

This is an issue with the Google Bucket connection as the connection is rejected from Google with error on the account. Check the Storage configuration and if required you might need to re-configure the Google Bucket as per guideline here:
