Solved 3CX hosted instance questions

Hello,

I have 3 questions:

1) Can I make adjustments to firewall rules or I must contact 3CX for specific rules?

2) Can I connect remote IP phone in the Remote/STUN mode?

3) I want to add an unsupported SIP trunk to my hosted 3cx instance, is possible?

The firewall rules are default by the 3CX PBX instance and cannot be altered by the customer or any other person.

Unfortunately, it is not supported to have an IP phone with STUN. An alternative will be to use SBC or use webclient or mobile applications.

In 3CX hosted instances, only supported SIP trunks are available to use from the GUI. These SIP trunks are well tested by 3CX and able to assist you in any issue you're facing with them.

Hello @AndreasY_3CX , I am currently using unsupported trunks which has been working fine but for the last 3 days they keep disconnecting and refusing to reregister until I manually refresh registration. I am in Nigeria and I use version 18 with 1024 SC
