Morning All

Fully appreciate that it could just be me, this is my first hosted-by-3CX system!

I've followed the instructions on /app/settings/office365 and those on the 3CX KB at https://www.3cx.com/docs/microsoft-365-integration/

Everything seems to go through, but I don't see the "Status OK. Real-Time Notifications to Microsoft 365 are back and working" message, and the M365 accounts aren't syncing as users.

Is there an entry in an error log that I can visit to find out what I've done wrong, please?

Its probably because you've not granted access to the API in 365.

Go in to Azure and check these again and make sure all the required permissions have been given.

Once they're syncing you should see synced with "Microsoft 365" next to the users in extension page.

API permissions are different between the two guides, and I've allowed both, and also compared it to another working system, will check again though. There are no users listed, other than my 1 admin account that was created during Install / setup.

Follow the mgmt console guide

Make sure that under the API Permisions you've added User.Read.All and not just User.Read.

public_key(5).pem was the charm. Thanks for the advice.
