I just migrated to 3CX hosted a week or so ago. I've never used SMS before other than to play around a bit.

I just added a Twilio SMS number. When I run the test in UI, I get " The connection was refused. Please run a firewall check to identify the issue. Messages cannot be received until this issue is resolved."

Verified that my API/Credentials are correct.

I can send SMS through that service/DID just fine.

I ran the firewall checker, and it passed.

Hi!

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you can send and receive SMS messages fine through Twilio, but when you press the "Test" button, you are getting the error:
"The connection was refused. Please run a firewall check to identify the issue. Messages cannot be received until this issue is resolved."

Did I understand correctly?

@rmnnet can you please check this now and provide me a feedback ?
Also restart services of the pbx or system service and check again.
