3CX Hubspot Deals automatic Association

Hi all,

I need help to configure XML file on 3cx to permit us to create call logs on Hubspot not only for contact/companies, but also on deals level. We need that when the log is created on contact level, that same log is associated also on all the deals of that contact.

Please can you help me to solve this?

If you need it on all deals, I think it's doable. You'll need a proxy script tho or use a batch update API to bulk assign/link.

I see, it's exactly what we need, I'm very ignorant on this, please can you help me to know how and where to do that?

Do you have experience with APIs, programming and the 3CX integration? If so, then I can point to easily.

Do you mean that as soon as the call is logged, it should be assigned to everything? If so, yeah that's how it would work.

It should be assigned to the deals associated to that singular contact, is it what it does, right? The 3cx call log is correctly assigned to a contact when we make a call to that number, but the problem is that it is created only on contact level, and we need that it appears on the activities of all the deals associated to that contacts

For example, if 3cx creates a call log for contact Mario Rossi, that call log has to be visible also to all the deals assiociated to that contact Mario Rossi (for example 2 deals for Mario Rossi contact)
