3CX in Proxmox VM network issues

I have a V20 instance up and running in a Proxmox VM. I know this is likely a Proxmox issue, but I am losing all networking on the instance about every 24 hours. I haven't found an exact time frame, but I then have to reboot and it comes up working just fine and until it happens again. I need to solve this before I take any other clients to this operation. Has anyone seen this before?

If you are not using the licensed enterprise subscription, some versions have "fun" bugs. I would recommend updating PVE to the latest available. Also, lookup your NIC model on the Proxmox Forums, some others may have something to say about it. Something similar to what you describe happened to my homelab last week, version 8.3.2.
