Solved 3Cx incoming call 484 Address Incomplete

I have 4 SIP trunks that registered with the same VoiP Provider
3 of them all of a sudden start getting error "484 Address Incomplete" on incoming call
Yesterday we hadn't such issue.
I deregistered sip trunk, and registered it on MicroSIP. And I was able to receive calls

how do u troubleshoot this kind of issue?

Being an incoming call issue, I would contact your provider, to see if they made any changes, that might be causing this.
I'm assuming that you had not made any changes to 3CX, or your network.

Believe or not
But after installing latest update Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 673 Beta) fixed the issue

ps: I contacted to SIP provider, but they couldn't help me, referring on the fact that "it works with MicdoSIP"
