How VM group will be shown in PWA/Webclient ? There will be two menu (one for personal and one for group/queue) ?

@KoesioOccitanieTech thanks for your feedback. Basically it will be shown in the same manner as the mobile clients.
We only added group voicemails for Queues and ring groups, and you can clearly see the 'via' keyword, explaining clearly from where this voicemail is being sent.

@ThomB_3CX is there any plan to set the default microphone gain in the IOS app from 200 % down to 100% or even 50% during installation? The sound quality would improve dramatically, and extension users wouldn’t sound like they’re shouting.

I’ve been keeping an eye on this since last year, and I always have to tell customers to reduce the microphone gain themselves. If this could be set as the default option, it would help all users.

It's difficult to make everybody happy: we increased to 200% few years ago because ***other*** people were complaining 100% gain sound is too faint.

@patrickb_de we have in our roadmap an update to the internals scheduled for early next year.
Tests will be performed and we will look into the best default percentage.

Cool! For my customers, I recommend 75% for users who tend to speak quietly during calls, and 50% for those who speak at a normal volume.

@ThomB_3CX Is the ‘iOS pop-up’ issue also being worked on? Some users report that incoming calls from contacts stored in the 3CX phonebook do not appear in the pop-up when the iPhone is locked or on the home screen.
