Solved 3cx IP blacklisted by my SIP provider

Can anyone suggest a solution here?

My SIP provider DID4SALE is down on my 3cx. They claim it is because the WAN from 3cx has been blacklisted. I have no way of changing it and they don't have the ability to whitelist just remove from blacklist.

Problem solved. After the last update something got screwed up in my username info. I changed it and put it back and then it registered.
