I'm using the web app on my iphone over VPN and can make calls but not receiving calls. is there a setting im missing? i even get the missed call in recent.

Are you starting the vpn, before starting the application ?

Why are using a vpn, as iOS use the 3cx tunnel which is encrypted - you just need to allow udp 5090 thru your firewall

What version of 3cx are your running, and what operating system as Apple have changed the push notifications to use port 443 on https2

it's our on premise 3CX. so i have to sue VPN. But yes, i connect to VPN first then open 3CX app.
