How does work the licence of simultaded call in 3CX if a have generic trunk with 16 number DID :

Should we buy licence for 16 simlutaded call or no need considering if call is going throw 16 extension

What’s a simultaneous call?
Our subscription licensing is based on how many calls you will need concurrently at any given time (incl. Internal calls). i.e How many team members you envisage to be on a call together at any one time.

Simultaneous calls is not « call channels dedicated » per extension.
First come, first served.. Up to the limit allowed by the license.
