  • PBX Updates – Get the latest versions and service packs of 3CX.

  • IP Phone Firmware and Template Updates.

  • CRM Updates and additions.

  • VoIP Provider Templates Updates and additions.

  • 3CX Video Conferencing – Free for all users.

  • 3CX Live Chat – Free for all users.

Some of the above functions may be accessible without a paid subscription. 3CX reserves the right to revoke any of them from free subscriptions at any time without prior warning. These prices do not include local taxes or VAT and will be added upon checkout.

How our pricing works:

  • What are editions?
    A product has many features. When you sell a product, you bundle or group the features together.  A bundle can have a few or many features and will be priced accordingly. Each bundle is called an Edition. There are 4 Editions of 3CX: 3CX SMB Free, 3CX Basic, 3CX PRO and 3CX AI. More details can be found here.

  • What is a simultaneous call?
    Simultaneous calls (SC) are the number of calls happening at the same time. 3CX licensing is based upon how many calls occur at the same time. In other words, how many team members do you envisage to be on a call together at any one time? To calculate simultaneous calls (SC) you should count internal calls also.

  • How is 3CX priced?
    3CX SMB Free is free. 3CX Basic, 3CX PRO and 3CX AI - are based on the number of simultaneous calls (SC) your business requires.

  • Which editions are free?
    3CX SMB Free is free for up to 10 users. When the free edition is no longer sufficient, you can easily upgrade to a Basic, PRO or AI commercial key for more features and users.

  • How many free systems am I entitled to?
    You can create up to three 3CX SMB Free subscriptions. You can also create one 3CX PRO trial here. When this limit is reached or your trial expires, you must purchase / upgrade at least one existing system in your account.

  • How is Hosted by 3CX priced?
    Hosted by 3CX is free for all customers for up to 1 month as part of your product trial. Once your trial expires, there's an annual hosting service charge, dependent upon the number of simultaneous calls (SC) in your subscription. Find more info here. Hosting is free for 3CX SMB Free.

  • Do I need to pay for hosting with 3CX?
    3CX SMB Free includes free hosting. Free trials get hosting free of charge for the duration of the trial.

  • How can I buy 3CX?
