3cx linux won't install

Hi all,

I am facing an issue as to where I am not able to install the Linux version. I get an error stating that the pre-configuration file does not exist the vm on my esxi host is pulling an ip address from my pfsense instance and I checked if the file exists on the 3cx site and it does. at this point i am at a loss of what to do any help is welcome.

You can download the file and upload it to your pbx. Did you configured your firewall correct?

I double checked and found it's not pulling an ip address like all other vm's do and can't why. is there a way i can manually set the ip address during install

You can, but you should check your network problems.
