3cx Load balancing server question

We have the Enterprise annual license for 3cx. I know there is a possibility for us to set up a failover server in 3cx. Is it possible to set up second 3cx server as a Load balancing server with shared queues? Something where we could have agents be logged into one server or the other, and still be taking calls from the same queue.

We were wondering if something like this is possible at all, and if it is, would it require additional licensing.

No. 3CX does not provide load balancing.

Also, its not possible to log in to queues of another server. You can only see the presence of another server from an extension of a server.
