3CX management console access

I've created a user using the SSH on debian, and assigned it a system owner role, but when i try to sign in with it on management console it shows that the user or the password is incorrect, and am sure that the credentials is correct, anyone thoughts?

Thats not how it works.. you create extensions via the management console not ssh.
