3CX - mediatrix gateway

Hello all

i have a little problem with this connection because
that bloody gateway doesn't have a forum to post so i came to here if you can help

i made it to send from the gateway mediatrix the re-invite, but the looking the type of invite
the 3cx it's says that it's a Invite-UNK (Supposed unknown Re-invite)

so now that this connection is up, but not authorized, i believe in the 3cx system, i prefered to make modification in 3cx that in the gateway

so where can i correct the error "Reason: Credential don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings"


i hope one of you have compassion from my soul and help to this change in 3cx, please...
