3CX Meeting URL

I noticed that every meeting that is created it has the same meeting url. Is there a way for when a client wants to setup a meeting for the url to change? We have a CPA office that want to use the meeting feature for clients but i dont like the fact that the url doesnt change for security of another user joining the meeting.

Hi Frank,

I think that if you're getting the same link per WebMeeting, that means you're launching a WebMeeting instead of Scheduling a Conference. Note that the WebMeeting link acts as your personal extension link which does not change, however when using Schedule Conference (WebMeeting), it will change the link generated per meeting.

When Scheduling a WebMeeting from the Web Client:

• Click Schedule Conference
• Select Video and Now or Later
• Enter your Subject and Notes to Participants
• Select your WebMeeting Profile
• Select the Calendar type you'd like (and to send to participants).
• It will open in the calendar with a unique link code.
• Send to your participants.
