When creating a Meeting via 3CX web client and selecting Microsoft 365 from the Select email / calendar to add to it will open up outlook in the browser and just loads. this happens on both a client with Microsoft 365 integrated and one that does not have office 365 integrated.

Regarding your question, this is currently a known issue that we are looking into, there seems to have been an update on the Microsoft side that now requires some work to be done on our side to resolve. We do not as yet have an ETA on when it will be.

Yes, this issue started happening a few weeks ago. I have already reported this bug to 3CX and it was sent to their dev team for internal review. I have not received an update from them as to when it will be fixed.

You can work around this issue in the mean time by modifying the URL that opens when creating meetings. If you look at the URL in the browser you'll see the beginning of it as "https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/0/deeplink/". To make the link work simply remove the /0 after calendar, so it will look like "https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/deeplink/".
