3cx Mobile App Exit Button

Please add the Exit button back to the app, We have several customers complaining about the exit button being removed. as they close the mobile app when in the office and open it when they leave the office. The button made it easy for clients and they are complaining about the change. I received 2 calls today

This is essential, We've had to uninstall the app from all of our mobile devices because of user complaints about battery consumption due to being unable to exit.

Please note that the options "Exit" and "Exit ignore Push" were removed as the options were felt to bypass the PBX admin’s “Allow PUSH for this extension”. Users can instead use the more appropriate DND status to disable PUSH Calls. They can also de-activate the account if they do not wish to receive Push notifications.

Users can still exit the client by swiping ti from the multitask menu of android like any other app. Even if they don't the clients will not consume extra battery as they will de-register from the PBX and await for Push.

I think you need to bring this back... I have two case scenarios

scenarios 1
user 1 has phone on desk and app on phone.
User 1 goes home, user 2 comes to desk and uses same profile on phone, same number etc, its a admin staff.
User 1 needs to disable app and stop it calling on there phone as they have gone home. User 1 now cant do this unless they remove the profile or uninstall the app?

scenario 2
User 1 is a phone in a warehouse where multiple people pick up phone. User 1 goes out of office for couple of hours and does not want push calls. If they put DND, then warehouse phone stops ringing, same issue above of trying to stop mobile pushing and calling.

Buonasera, sull'app menzionata nella discussione, ho notato che anche se si esce dall'app con il pulsante di uscita e si ignora il push, in 3cx gli interni registrati con quel telefono sono sempre attivi, se da un altro interno si chiama lo squillo dal chiamante e ricevi le notifiche di chiamata quando riapri l'applicazione 3cx nel telefono. Ho fatto un errore in qualche configurazione? Grazie.

This is how Push works. The extension will remain registered to be ready to receive Push notifications. The Exit-Ignore Push is set of the device and the PBX is not aware that the device is set to ignore Push messages. If you need the extension to not receive calls or direct calls to a different destination then you need to switch the status of the extension before exiting the client to Away or DND etc.
