Hello,

May in know what is the different between General MOH and Playlists? All i see i when we add wav file there, it will apear at the MOH dropdown at the queue section.

A playlist is a list of multiple WAV files. A group.

I see, so basically playlist help to merge our WAV files. Plus it has the "Shuffle" feature.

i can see in General MOH also have similar "Shuffle" feature

Yes there is a difference though, at least last I knew. If "Randomize" is selected there, it will randomize all 10 slots above, and if one of those slots is empty it plays file 0.

We always set a playlist and use the playlist. That also allows quickly switching between playlists.

Note there is a music setting for conference calls and another for parked calls.
