3CX MyPhone Attended Transfer

Hi

Am I missing something? How does one do an attended transfer using MyPhone? Also called announce transfer. I can do it easily on the snom phone but not in MyPhone using the mouse. I am only able to blind transfer on Myphone.

Hi

The myphone is not designed to do attended transfer as this is done from the actual phone. To do an attended transfer via the Myphone, you would need to park the call, call the other member and inform him of the parked call.
