We re-use Extensions changing the Name of the Extension and then using the regenerate button. It doesn't change to the new persons name in the 3CX Chat Window, see below (screen grab). This appears to have started being an issue since v16.
Today, I have even deleted the extension and re-imported it (from the export csv file) and it still shows the previous users name, in this example "Jack" above the message rather than "Tim".
Anyone know how to solve this? It is fine in the WebClient Chat (via group messages, as that shows the users name) and it is showing the correct name, it is only on the Windows Clients. Both sender and receiver have delete all chat messages, hoping that would work.
