Hi,

Got a user that we install their MyPhone and drag in the config and all is working fine, after a reboot, the config file is zero'd and we have to drag in the config again.

Anybody else seen this?

Have you tried Service Pack 2? You can download it from here:http://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/3cx-phone-system-12-service-pack-2/ and it should resolve the particular issue that you are having with 3CXPhone for Windows. If your issues continue please let us know.
