Hello,

Today, two of my users reported error message *.3cx.net redirected you too many times when trying to open the webmeeting from the webclient.

Can you please advise on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi there,

Please ask them to clear their browser cache and try again. Their browser cache is still keeping some of the old WebMeeting client that is not fully compatible with the latest WebMeeting servers.
