Hi All,
Kind of at my wits end here trying to work this one out. Last night our SIP provider had some issues which caused a number of our client instances to send out notification emails about registration issues (opened our ticket system to 300+ notifications this morning. The issue has since been resoled by the provider. However we have one instance that just keeps sending through registration and dns issue notifications. This is not the case as the instance is all working fine.
For the life of me I can't stop these notifications coming through though. I've turned off all the notifications in the 3CX instance they still come through I changed the smtp address from 3CX to an O365 account the notifications still comet through from [email protected] I've remove the instance from the instance manager incase it was something to do with that they still come through.
I've restarted the machine running 3CX twice now and restarted the services along with running any updates for Debian and they still come through. Something must be stuck somewhere but I just don't know where to look. Could this be an issue with 3CX's notification service. I really don't want to pay £90 to call them up and find out it's an issue on their end which at this point it seems like it might be. The only way I could tell for sure is to shut the instance down completely for 20min or so and see if we still get them through which I might have to do this evening if this does not get resolved.
Any thoughs would be greatly appreciated.
