Good day everyone,
We are facing an issue with the system not switching to office hours as configured, can some point what I am doing wrong.
PBX is running on a cloud based Debian server. Time on the hardware and OS is set manually as per timezone where the office is.
Office hours were configured under Settings>Timezone & Office hour settings.
Have 6 Lines, One Line is dedicated to a staff member working remote and does not require office hours. Out of the 5 remaining, one line is a general number which goes to the reception and the rest of the lines have been assigned to direct extensions and office hours were setup on each inbound rule.
All phones connect via STUN remote.\
Can someone see any issues on this setup that would affect the office hours from working properly?
