3cx on xiaomi

Hi everyone,
1. 3CX version 16.2.093 on android in redmi 5 fully updated it seems to connect correctly to the 3cx pbx server.

The problem is that the software connects correctly and able to make calls, however im unable to receive calls to my mobileapp.

Device Info:

redmi 5.
android version 8.1.0 OPM
app version: 16.2.093

connections: wifi/3g/4g all the same result.

server OS: 2012
server version: 16.0.4.493

both in external and internal network.

i would appreciate any feed back as i was unable to find any concerte information regarding this.
i will also mention that we install the app on several updated xiaomi and meizu phones and the same results.

So for now, none of App client on Android is able to make and receive calls?
Do you have only Xiaomi phones to test with?

is the firewall checker passed green?
Do you use 3CX push or your own ?

"Enable PUSH for smartphones" is enabled i am assuming?
Ext -> Phone Provisioning

Server 2012 is no more supported for any use with 3CX

I think the problem is with notifications.

we tested this app on that user with 6 phones - 4 xiaomi and 1 samsung.
1 iphone - the iphone the only one that works.

firewall is not set for this phone and the app works on other phone in my Organization.
yes 3cx push is set.
