3CX only in local Network

We installed a 3CX that the costumer are using only in local network (no rules for a wan communication are allowed)

- Is it possibile to disable all services who want to create a connection with the internet(wan)?
- How i can disbale/delete the webmeeting bridge?


Finally the costumer want a PBX that not try to go outside.

I know but on the logs of the Firewall are always attemtpt of the 3cx who try to get out.
My question is if there some services that i can disable on the PBX.

3CX needs to get out for updates, license activation, SMTP so unless you dont want any of that?

You're trying to find a complicated solution for an easy task.

Just disable it from the firewall and turn off logging. Don't make so much work for yourself.

Unfortunately, it comes in the box.

If you start playing, disabling services etc you'll end up causing another problem and it isnt worth it at all.

Sounds like a simple installation. Does the customer need the web interface or do they just want a telephone on the desk to act like an old key system?

You will probably have licensing issues but if you don't want 3CX interacting with your firewall remove the default gateway from your networking on the 3CX server. If you need internal routes you will need to manually specify those on the server OS.

If they just need a telephone on a desk you can segregate everything with VLANS and put the phones and 3CX server on a vlan that has no access to the internet. Again you will probably have licensing issues.

If they are that concerned with security and having things touch the internet I assume they would be running multiple vlans already.
