3CX Outbound Rules on Startup Pro so do not have to dial a 1 to call a number

Hello we have startup pro and use Voxtelesys and are trying to configure it where we do not have to dial a 1 to make a outbound call. can someone point us in the right direction please can only find stuff thats not startup pro related

Hi there

Regarding your question, with 3cx start-up, outbound rules are created automatically in the backend and can not be changed.

It is therefore required to dial the full number in order to dial out.

In addition to what my colleague said, you should be able to dial 10 numbers using VoxTelesys but you may need to adjust a setting in your VoxTelesys account. I would recommend contacting VoxTelesys support so they can further advise.

Just wanted to check in and see if you were able to retest? If you are still having issues please create a support ticket from the portal or email and we will do some live testing to see what formats we are seeing on the call invites.
