3CX overview

hallo

i work about 3 month with 3CX, and i am happy with this systeem.
we have 5 lines, and 20 phones, and maybe about 6month we will use 2end 3CX in other office.

I start to lose the overview of my system, is there a software or tool where I draw all tel. and lines? i want draw all my lines on it, i want know who calls with wich line and wich number he have..

yes i am using visio, but still i am not happy with this system, it is not easy to draw lines and numbers. but until now it is only option for me ...
