Hi, I am using 3cx latest version V16. I integrated 3cx windows application with sending external parameters. The system (% CallerNumber%% CallerDisplayName%) is running. However, sometimes when I answer the call it opens silently. This problem did not exist before integration. Is there any way I can check?
