3cx parameters

good morning everything is fine?
I have a client who has registered the kap320(khomp) on 3cx, he is using both lines, however, when the first line is in use, the second line shows as busy, it is as if the gateway did not identify the second line, it appears as busy, this is because in 3cx, the two lines have the same identifications.
I would like to clear this doubt with you, what changes can I make to 3cx?

Hi Pedro, please note that the gateway is not supported and you will need to check this directly with Khomp who will be able to assist and check further on that device.
