3CX PATTON ISDN AUDIO QUALITY

Hi everyone, I have a 3cx debian utlima release V18 939 and a patton isdn 4120 latest firmware 6.1 I have template generated by 3cx PATTON ISDN BRI. I have audio quality problems, the voice stutters so I think it's a clock problem but I can't find a way to make settings. As I can't find a way to set the gateway and the DNS server.

Is 3CX installed on HyperV?
Keep in mind though that you should also contact Patton for this.

Sorry but in 3CX there is no menu that allows me to set the gateway and DNS nor a menu that allows me to make the clock sync settings. If I import the 3CX configuration file afterwards do I have to intervene manually and make the settings on the patton side?

Correct. 3CX only makes the first config, any changes past that need to happen in Patton. 3CX only provides support for Patton with their config, so before calling support backup, wipe, and use 3CX config to show an issue exists.
